About our cars
Each year, we endevour to design, build, test and compete with a brand new car. Notable exceptions include 2018 and 2019, where we were running 2 cars. 2018 we designed a brand new IC, while adding an aero package to the EV and 2019 was the opposite, designing a brand new EV, while adding an aero package to the 2018 IC. Another special case was the 2020 and 2021 EV's. During the COVID-19 Pandemic of 2020-21, we built a brand new car in 2020, however as we were not given the chance to compete with this car at FSAE-A due to the competition being cancelled, we decided to spend the whole of 2021 testing and upgrading this car to present us with the most competitive car possible for the 2021 competition. During this time we were also starting design on our 2022EV concept aswell as building our first ever driverless car.
